Whats That Noise?

I like the looks and the fact that it will wake me to any song from my library, but whats that noise?
When I set the alarm and leave the app open so it will actually work, my phone keeps making a clicking noise
three or four times a minute. Makes going to sleep quite difficult. It sounds like the app is constantly syncing itself with my phones internal clock, firing up and then stopping with an electrical "pop" sound. Anyway, maybe better for the heavy sleepers out there!
